Charles Biwer, guest chef at the Domaine on Saturday 14 November
For one evening, the Domaine de l’Ambassadeur welcomes Luxembourg chef Charles Biwer for a pop-up restaurant around a tasting menu created for the occasion.
A career shaped in Paris
Charles Biwer started out in professional kitchens in Paris in 2022. In a short time, he gained a wide range of experience: three restaurants, from Michelin-starred dining to gastronomic bistro, and a catering service. Each of these kitchens helped shape his vision of cooking.
Now an independent chef, he cooks for private events, collaborations and residencies, in Luxembourg and beyond.
Cooking between comfort and creativity
Charles grew up in a home where cooking was part of everyday life. He kept a strong attachment to his Luxembourg roots and to local produce. His cooking seeks to recapture that feeling of comfort, while taking it towards more unexpected combinations. Flavour remains his guiding thread.
