Each room bears the name of a locality and offers a unique connection with our environment: breathtaking panoramas, total immersion in the surrounding nature or an incursion into our historical heritage.

Honesty bar
The Domaine de l’Ambassadeur offers you a sustainable stay with its honesty bar. Water, coffee and tea are available free of charge.
You’ll also find craft beers from the Héritage Brewery, wines chosen by oenologists, local softs and in-house spirits from the Distillery of the Ambassador. Help yourself, keep track of your drinks, enjoy at your own pace, and pay at the end of your stay.
Breakfast
The Domaine de l’Ambassadeur is an ambassador of the Ardenne, and our breakfast is a perfect reflection of this.
On the menu: juice from our apple tree, artisanal jams, local fruit in season, bread made from local flours, charcuterie and regional cheeses. Your table will be a concentrate of our craftsmen’s know-how.
To support our sustainable approach, order your breakfast the day before and enjoy a tasty energy boost before setting off to explore our beautiful region.
Our breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.
Local flavours to discover at the Domaine
At Domaine de l’Ambassadeur, we like to offer our guests simple, flavourful options that reflect the spirit of the place.
As a nod to the Belgian Ambassador, who spent several years in Southeast Asia, we offer Thai dishes prepared by Mali from Sabaidee Snack Thai in Bastogne.
For an even more local option, the pizzas from Les Plats du Moustier showcase Véronique’s craftsmanship, with generous recipes and regional ingredients.
And to end on a sweet note, our ice creams are artisanally made by Pierre in Petitvoir, using milk from his grandparents’ farm in Menugoutte.

Where is the Domaine de l'Ambassadeur located?
The Domaine de l’Ambassadeur is a hotel in the Belgian Ardenne, located in Ébly, in the municipality of Léglise, at the crossroads of the E411 and E25 motorways. Our hotel in Léglise is close to Bastogne, the Anlier Forest and several tourist attractions in the region, making it easy to plan your stay in the Ardenne.

Yes, free parking is available, with easy access for people with reduced mobility.
Do you have an electric vehicle charging station?
Yes, six charging stations are available in our car park. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, we have three baby cots available free of charge, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance by e-mail or phone.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at our hotel. Assistance dogs are of course welcome.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by card and in cash. Bank transfer is also possible, prior to your stay.
Is a deposit required upon arrival?
No deposit is required upon arrival.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
For any changes, please contact us directly by e-mail or phone. Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. After this period, or in case of no-show, fees may apply. Full details are available in our general terms and conditions of sale.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes. Online bookings remain open until 7pm for a same-day arrival. That said, booking a few days ahead allows us to better prepare your stay in the Ardenne.
From what time can I access my room?
Check-in is possible between 4pm and 7pm. If these times do not suit your schedule, feel free to mention it when booking — we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
What time do I need to vacate my room on the day of departure?
Check-out takes place by 10:30am at the latest. If this time does not suit your schedule, feel free to mention it during your stay — we will do our best depending on availability.
Is it possible to arrive late at night?

Yes. Our accessible family suite can accommodate up to 5 people (or 4 for a guest with reduced mobility), and our two suites each accommodate up to 4 people. Our superior double rooms can also accommodate an extra bed for a third person.
Do the rooms have a safe?
The rooms do not have individual safes, but a safe is available at reception.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking. Outdoor areas are available for guests who wish to smoke.
Is there a lift?
No, the Domaine does not have a lift. The upper floors are accessible via a comfortable staircase. Our two rooms designed for guests with reduced mobility are located on the ground floor.
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes. A superior double room and a family suite, both adapted for reduced mobility and located on the ground floor, are designed to comfortably welcome guests with reduced mobility.
Is there a laundry service?
We do not have a fixed laundry service, but we are attentive to our guests’ needs. Depending on the situation, we do our best. Feel free to mention it on arrival.
Do you have a garage for bikes or motorbikes?
Yes, our hotel with secure bike and motorbike garage offers this space free of charge, with equipment for charging, maintenance and repairs. We can also arrange bike rental through our local partners.
