An original creation from the Distillery, born from the infusion of plants, flowers and fruits typical of the Ardennes.
A spirit drink made from the mash used for Esprit d’Épeautre, naturally infused with mint, elderflower and elderberries, blackthorn, fennel and lavender.
Ingredients: cereal mash (Esprit d’Épeautre base), infusion of plants, flowers and berries typical of the Ardennes (mint, elderberry, blackthorn, fennel, lavender).
Tasting: most often enjoyed as an aperitif, with sparkling water or tonic water. Can also be savoured as a digestif.
Formats and alcohol content: 20 cl, 50 cl, 70 cl — 40% vol.
