Here, the day starts gently. Much of our breakfast comes from producers based around the Domaine, in Léglise and the neighbouring villages — as close to home as it gets.

What you’ll find on the table

Juice from our own apple trees, homemade jams, artisanal granola, seasonal fruit and orchard fruit depending on the harvest, bread and pastries made with local flour, farm butter, eggs and yoghurt, regional cold cuts and cheeses, locally roasted coffee and tea from the region.

Freshness and quality first

Rather than setting everything out at once, we prefer to replenish gradually, as needed. It’s a simple way to preserve the quality of every product: the bread stays crisp, the fruit stays fresh, the yoghurt and cheese stay at just the right temperature. This everyday attention also helps us limit food waste, while keeping the same generosity throughout the service. A quiet moment to start the day, before setting off to explore the Ardenne.
