🍴 Pop-up restaurant with Comptoir du Chêne – 7 & 8 February 2026 at the Domaine
On Saturday 7 February (evening) and Sunday 8 February (lunchtime), Domaine de l’Ambassadeur will be welcoming, for the first time, the catering service Comptoir du Chêne, run by Élodie Destrument, for a pop-up restaurant in the heart of Ébly.
In line with our role as ambassadors for the region, we wanted to highlight the work of a local professional and offer a gourmet moment to share, whether you live nearby or are visiting the Ardennes.
For this first collaboration, Élodie has created a menu built around langoustine, milk-fed veal and pear, with a succession of courses designed to let you fully enjoy both the meal and the atmosphere of the place.
Four-course menu – €50, including coffee or herbal tea, and mignardise.
