On 13 and 14 September, the Domaine and Distillery of l’Ambassadeur will be pleased to open their doors as part of the Wallonia Heritage Days, which this year focus on culinary heritage.

A former farmhouse carefully restored

Located in the heart of Ébly (commune of Léglise), the Domaine de l’Ambassadeur was born from the attentive restoration of an old Ardennes farmhouse. Local stone, generous spaces and a subtle alliance of modernity and authenticity create a setting conducive to relaxation and discovery.

Distillation as a living know-how

Just a few steps from the rooms, the Distillery of l’Ambassadeur perpetuates an artisanal tradition, working in particular with locally grown spelt and various plants from our region. Visitors will discover the still, learn about the distillation process, and exchange ideas about the place of spirits in our regional culture.

A culinary heritage to be savoured

Because heritage is also lived at the table, we will be offering:

• Light snacks: plates of regional cheeses and charcuterie;
• Local bar: Ardennes beers, local juices and Belgian lemonades.

The perfect way to prolong your visit and highlight the flavours of our territory.
