
Cereal brandy naturally infused with plants, flowers and fruit

An aperitif similar to gin, it differs from gin in that it does not contain juniper berries. To the wort used for Esprit d’Epeautre, the Distillery adds an infusion of local plants during the distillation process: mint, elderberry flowers and fruits, blackthorn, fennel and lavender.
Angélus is most often drunk as an aperitif, accompanied by sparkling water or tonic water. It can also be enjoyed as a digestive.
