The Table
The Ardenne is rich in the fruits of the earth and the labour of its farmers, who have shaped the landscapes of our region over the seasons.
We want our restaurant to be a welcoming place where you can discover the rich diversity of flavours from our regional producers and craftspeople.

Whether it’s for a corporate event, a family celebration, a sales presentation, a cultural evening, a get-together with friends or even for co-working, the Agora offers a solution to suit all your needs.
Our multi-purpose room, spread over two levels and offering spaces of 36 and 41m² each, is designed to accommodate both hotel guests and outside groups. Its numerical and multimedia equipment makes it perfectly suited to your technological needs.

The Distillery
In the Ardenne, traditional distilleries date back several centuries, many villages and hamlets, but they have all gradually disappeared.
Today, a new trend is emerging: the rediscovery of local flavours, support for local artisans, and the revival of ancestral traditions and regional varieties.
Our Distillery of the Ambassador is part of this dynamic, highlighting the aromatic richness of Ardenne spelt, grown and then brewed locally in the traditional way. In the near future, we will also be offering fruit brandies from our Ambassador’s orchard.
